SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program description

The Paragon Chiropractic SMS program is operated by Paragon Chiropractic & Wellness Center. Depending on what you request and consent to receive, messages may include responses to your inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, service-related updates, customer support, and follow-up about services you asked about. Promotional messages will be sent only when you have provided the consent required for those messages.

2. Consent to receive messages

When you provide a mobile number and affirmatively agree to receive text messages, or when you start a text conversation with us, you authorize Paragon Chiropractic & Wellness Center to send messages related to that request or conversation. Your consent applies only to the message subject and program described when you opted in.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you provide and that you are authorized to consent to messages at that number.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, and protect information related to the website and SMS program. Mobile information, text messaging originator opt-in data, and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Message frequency varies based on your requests, appointments, and interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile service plan. Contact your wireless carrier with questions about your plan.

5. Opting out and getting help

To stop messages, reply STOP. You may receive one final text confirming that your opt-out request was processed. After that confirmation, we will not send additional messages through the program unless you later provide new consent.

For help, reply HELP. You may also call Paragon Chiropractic & Wellness Center at (248) 590-2195. To request messages again after opting out, reply START or contact the office and provide new consent.

Text message delivery is subject to your wireless carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Paragon Chiropractic & Wellness Center does not guarantee that every message will be received or delivered on time.

7. Medical information and emergencies

Text messaging is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not use SMS for emergencies or urgent medical needs. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.

Please do not send protected health information or other sensitive medical details by text. This includes diagnoses, treatment records, insurance information, account numbers, or other confidential health information. Text messages may not be encrypted and may be accessible to anyone with access to your device or mobile account.

You agree to provide a valid mobile number, promptly tell us if your number changes or is reassigned, and avoid using the program for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful communications. If you are under 18, you may use the program only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions to reflect changes to the program, law, carrier requirements, or our practices. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date. Your continued participation after an update means the revised terms apply to future messages, subject to applicable consent requirements.
